Refund Policy
At AOA Fashion Accessories, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items marked as "final sale", gift cards, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Step 1 – Request a Return
Please contact us at aoashop@outlook.com or send your order number and reason for return via WhatsApp at +1 917 261 1083.
We will reply within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
Step 2 – Send Your Item
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 3 – Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
